Include your iPhone model, iOS version, ReChess version, and what happened. Share a PGN only if you are comfortable doing so. Never send passwords, payment details or Apple receipt credentials.

Games and completed reviews

Games and completed analysis results are stored on your device. Open My Games to revisit a saved review. Completed reviews can be read offline. An imported game without completed analysis can be opened without running analysis automatically.

Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in ReChess to check an existing Apple purchase. Manage or cancel a subscription through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Restoring does not create a new subscription.

Privacy and deletion

Delete locally saved games and reviews under ReChess Settings → Delete All Games. This does not cancel your subscription or delete records held by service providers. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
